Description
The Flame element can be freely positioned and is fixed to the Flying Flames canopy using magnets (with up to ten available electrical connections). The 128 tiny LEDs, which replicate the glow of a real flame, are arranged on both sides of the Flame element. Each Flame element is individually dimmable. The power and suspension cable lengths can be adjusted.
Flying Flames allows you to create a custom composition that combines the unique LED candles — first presented by Moritz Waldemeyer and Ingo Maurer in 2012 — with a simple, functional Downlight element.
To create your own composition, you need to purchase the dedicated canopy (available in two sizes) and connect up to 10 Flame elements and 3 Downlight elements. Without the canopy, the Flame elements do not function, as the power supply is integrated into the canopy.
