Consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB, thus natural persons, who conclude a legal transaction for purposes, which can primarily neither be attributed to their commercial, nor their self-employed professional activity, have a statutory right of revocation as follows.

Right of revocation

You are entitled to revoke this contract within fourteen days without stating any reasons. The deadline for revocation is fourteen days from the day upon which you or a third party named by you, which is not the transport company, took the last goods into possession. In order to exercise your right of revocation you must inform us (Ingo Maurer GmbH; postal address: Kaiserstraße 47, 80801 Munich; e-mail address: shop@ingo-maurer.com; phone: +49-89-381606-0; fax: +49-89-381606-20) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, a fax or an e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the enclosed sample revocation form for this purpose, which is however not stipulated. In order to adhere to the deadline for revocation it is sufficient if you send the notification about the exercising of the right of revocation before the expiry of the deadline for revocation.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we have to reimburse you all payments, which we received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs, which arise from the fact that you chose another type of delivery than the most reasonably-priced standard delivery offered by us) immediately and by no later than within fourteen days from the day upon which the notification of your revocation of this contract has been received by us. We will use the same means of payment this repayment, which you used with the original transaction unless explicitly otherwise agreed with you; in no way will you be charged fees owing to this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided the proof that you have sent the goods back depending on which is the earlier time.

You have to return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case by no later than within fourteen days from the day, on which you inform us about the revocation of this contract (Return shipments to Ingo Maurer GmbH, Brunhamstrasse 21, Geb. 217 West, 81249 München). The deadline is safeguarded if you send the goods before expiry of the deadline of fourteen days. The costs for the return will be borne by the customer if the right of return is exercised unless the delivered goods do not correspond with the ordered goods. The customer may examine the goods with due care and attention. The loss of value, which through the use that goes beyond the pure examination, leads to the fact that the goods can no longer be sold as "new", has to be borne by the customer.

Special instructions

According to § 312g Par. 2 No.1 BGB the right of revocation will not exist with contracts concerning the delivery of goods, which have not been pre-produced and for the production of which an individual selection or provision by the consumer is decisive or which have been clearly customised to meet the personal needs of the consumer.
